Their terminal network has grown to 37 full service facilities in both the continental United States and Mexico.
Challenge: With the rapid growth and success the company has experienced has come many challenges.
Driver retention is one of the biggest challenges for any trucking company. 17,000 drivers only amplified this challenge for this organization. The ability to move easily from one trucking company to the next facilitates this. Getting paid or reimbursed in a timely way is one of the biggest factors in driver retention. Over the years the company had put together five separate scanning systems in an attempt to meet their growing needs.
