Examples of Successful Engagements:
- Serve as outsourcing consultant and conversion partner for international financial services company supporting all facility consolidations in the United States. Services include scanning of paper documentation, indexing and data extraction, document repository storage and file transfer delivery to client premise based operations. Distributed services provided out of three MetaSource operations nationwide and internationally.
- Provided emergency data entry services for national sweepstakes provider, keying over one million contestant forms within two weeks. MetaSource was awarded an exclusive day forward services agreement as the result of its time critical performance and quality delivered.
- Converted over six million pages of archived policy data from microfilm to image for NE insurance provider. Services provided included scanning, data entry of policies fields, triage services and document storage. Service enabled client to accelerate customer service responses and eliminate misfiles and potential regulatory fines resulting from lost information.
- Provided acquisition data capture services for national rebate processing company. Resources enabled client to accelerate new company integration, wipe out backlog and transition disparate systems into host production platform. Service included the keying of over 500,000 rebates into an offshore partners platform in X days.
