Full Time Customer Service Representative
MetaSource is a rapidly growing company and is hiring in the masses. We are looking for full time Customer Service Representatives who are detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills. The position is full time starting at $10 per hour with a lot of room to grow within the company. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday any time between 6:00 am – 8: 00 pm, Saturdays 7:00am-3:00pm with future Sunday shifts. You may be required to work various part time shifts throughout the month.
Duties include but not limited to receiving and placing telephone calls, maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Perform data entry and ability to use software programs. Also may require research skills to trouble shoot customer problems. Excellent communication abilities are essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls, and respond to customer requests
- Provide customer with product and service information
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff/department
- Identify research and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
- Document and notate customer accounts according to the system operating procedures
- Input information into the computer system with accuracy

Recognize, document and alert the Supervisors of trends in customer calls
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- Ability to adjust to various schedules as directed by department business needs
