MetaSource utilizes virtually unlimited capacity of six onshore and four offshore production facilities with a complete suite of the best-in-class data capture hardware and software. Based upon detailed client diligence and collaboration, MetaSource is able to effectively and efficiently establish the best solution for each client’s specific need. Mailroom Processing – Mail picked up at designated post offices and/or customer locations is delivered to a secure area designated within a Metasource facility. Following mail receipt; documents are logged, sorted and prepped per client specifications. Processing services for files received directly from a client site to our facilities include folder and document-level tracking for end-to-end reconciliation of shipments. Mailroom receipt reports detailing envelope counts and volume trending are generated by our tracking system and can be e-mailed, faxed or posted to a secure website for client reconciliation.
Data Capture and Indexing – Data is extracted from images utilizing optical character recognition (OCR) and/or other automated recognition technologies in addition to data keying from domestic and offshore locations. Multiple locations across the globe can be utilized for workload distributed processing. Accuracy levels are achieved and maintained through quality assurance processes. Our quality standards are exceptional with very high sigma accuracies. Indexing services range from basic file organization to more complex document-specific indexing.
