The conversion of documents to digital images is achieved through our high-volume IBML and Kodak scanners. Flexible, scalable imaging solutions handle multiple document sizes with automated recognition of document type. Client images are regularly received via paper, e-faxes, emails, import of bulk image and/or data files or through our web-based repository. Management of dedicated inbound fax servers or transfer of images from existing fax servers/numbers are supported. MetaSource offers its clients short term box storage and triage services to support document management and retrieval needs while information is offsite.
