Dataimage Brings Expertise in Advanced Document Capture and Business Process Management to the MetaSource Team
Salt Lake City, UT – MetaSource, the leading provider of business process management (BPM), workflow automation and compliance solutions, today announces the acquisition of Salt Lake City-based Dataimage. Dataimage serves clients throughout the United States and Canada, with special expertise serving the State and Local Government, Retail and Higher Education markets.
Because of its depth of experience with advanced document capture software solutions, Dataimage is one of the few resellers in the world designated as a Platinum Partner by Kofax because of its experience with Kofax Capture, Total Agility (KTA), Transformation Modules (KTM), Kapow, and Insight. Dataimage solutions include:

What This Means for Dataimage Clients
Dataimage clients will continue receiving the same superior level of support they always have, with an additional 1,200 people from the MetaSource team behind them. Dataimage retail clients will also have the option of using MetaSource contact center services.
“We are excited to be the newest member of the MetaSource team,” said Dataimage president, Dennis Barrett. “We can now offer a more well-rounded ECM portfolio for our clients, and help fuel MetaSource’s impressive growth with our advanced document capture and business process automation solutions.”
