His responsibilities include the oversight of revenue and client satisfaction for each of the organization’s Lines of Business. Included is his active involvement in the direction of MetaSource’s Reseller Channel. Ed has over forty years experience in the document management industry. In 1994 he founded Mackin Imaging Systems that specialized in electronic image management and workflow systems, which became one of the two companies that formed MetaSource. He has been active in the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM International) since 1968 and has recently completed his third elected term on the Board of Directors, including one as Chairman. Ed is an AIIM Fellow and in 2010 was honored with the Association’s prestigious Award of Merit. This honor is the highest award the association can bestow to its members, recognizing lifetime achievement to the association and to the industry
