MetaSource Acquires MCO

To further our mission of being the nation's leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider specializing in Workflow Automation & Compliance, we have acquired MCO Document Scanning Solutions.

How MCO Fits in with MetaSource

MCO's Corona facility now serves as our West Coast footprint for BPO, which includes mailroom content ingestion and mortgage QC compliance auditing.

We will also continue offering high volume backfile scanning services, especially for invoices, employee files, medical records, mail, engineering drawings and other large format documents, microfilm, microfiche, and aperture cards as well as microfilming.

Adam Östhed, MetaSource President and CEO said, "The addition of MCO to the MetaSource family will benefit both MetaSource and MCO clients alike. It provides regional support to our existing MetaSource clients and gives MCO customers access to a wide array of BPO and content management solutions all under one roof."

Going Forward

The former MCO office will now serve as home base for our West Coast team, which now offers 50+ years of hands-on enterprise content management (ECM) experience. Our West Coast team also has a long history of serving state and local government agencies and school districts with special expertise in content ingestion.

If you're a current or former MCO client, let us know what we can do for you.
