A $3.4 billion transportation company providing services in the continental US, Mexico and Canada. This industry regarded firm has over 18,000 trucks operating from more than 40 terminals offering customers flexibility in the type of trailers and intermodal containers used for transport.

This client has experienced rapid growth in their trucking business. An on-going challenge has always been driver retention. Turnover in the industry is high and the training and hiring of drivers cost this client millions of dollars on an annual basis. The company’s mission has always been to pay and reimburse on a timely basis to ensure maximum driver satisfaction.

Secondarily, to support the growth of the company, five separate imaging systems had been acquired and were in operation.
