Metasource Provides a Single Source Payer Solution for EDI and Paper
By implementing a unified gateway, all inbound and outbound transactions, paper and EDI, are managed, monitored, and reported through a single payer portal. A separate portal is provided to the provider to manage and monitor all claim and payment transactions.

Full Service EDI Claims Administration and Management
MetaScan enables conversion of your company claim documents to images and data. MetaSource provides multiple options for the mailroom and scanning onsite or offsite via:
- Deployed scanning kiosk, MetaScan Kiosk, placed directly into the client’s mailroom,
- One of five MetaSource scanning centers with the client using either a courier and/or P.O. Box solution, or
- Full service mailroom built in the client’s desired facility/location.
MetaEdit - enables clients to extract tremendous value from MetaSource services. Once images are scanned, the process of extracting relevant information from the documents begins. Automated transformation routines are executed against the data that has been recognized using sophisticated OCR techniques. Database lookups (eligibility, provider, etc.) and data cleansing routines are utilized to improve auto adjudication rates.
MetaDocstor - provides secure storage and sophisticated access to your claim images. Document images are made available to clients through the MetaDocstor online ASP Service.
MetaReport - enables clients to review specific percentages, fields, keyers, or other specified problem areas of all BPO vendor partner transactions to validate and report on compliance with SLA accuracy through MetaReport.
AuditQ - for ongoing quality review across all partners for managing delivery of accurate and compliant transactions in addition to assessing compliance with established SLA’s and related contractual requirements. AuditQ pinpoints quality issues and assists in issue resolution.
MetaCall - MetaSource’s integrated Call Center solution. MetaSource can deliver campaigns for client specific inbound/outbound email, voice and training strategies to improve and increase provider EDI submissions and improve provider and member relations.
Using the MetaSource trained inbound/outbound healthcare technology and services team, MetaCall, MetaSource will provide assistance in migrating high volume paper submitters to EDI submission.
Using jointly developed email and voice campaigns, providers will be contacted and subsequently trained on EDI submission directly to the client or client’s designated EDI gateway provider.
The MetaSource team will offer both one-on-one training and group webinars, in coordination with the client team, to focus on increasing EDI submission rates. Other call center services programs are available including eligibility & benefits, claims status, Med D support, et al.
