Rick is a founding member and Chief Executive Officer of Evergreen Capital LLC. He has over 25 years of experience in advising early stage growth and middle market, closely-held companies. Rick advises clients on various exit strategies as well as financing alternatives that can increase shareholder value. These strategies and alternatives include merger, sale, ESOP, acquisition and expansion plans.

Rick is also a managing member of the Chesapeake Emerging Opportunities Club, an early stage venture capital fund and a member of the New Vantage Network, a group of Washington area dinner clubs.

Rick currently serves on the Board of Directors for six local early stage and middle market companies. He is also involved with area incubators and other business development initiatives.

Rick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Chief Executive Officers Club of Baltimore. A graduate of Loyola College in Maryland with an MBA in Finance & Marketing and a BA in Accounting, Rick holds his Series 65 License, 63 Uniform Securities Agent License and his Series 7 General Securities Representative License.
