ApplicationXtender allows you to remotely or locally manage your global application configurations providing users with document imaging and dynamic document management services within an easy-to-use Windows desktop client. Quickly and easily process and update information by taking advantage of electronic file management capabilities such as annotation, redaction, and check in/out version control as well as OCR support and full-text indexing (with detailed keyword, proximity, and wildcard search capabilities).
To aide in the need to purge expired retention records, the Retention Manager Module addition allows organizations to create, safeguard, and access records and archive or destroy them according to system-enforced administrative, regulatory, or legal rules in a cost-effective manner. EMC Captiva’s InputAccel is an electronic data capture and scanning platform that enables users to capture information from virtually any paper or electronic source and transform it into usable, business ready content and deliver it into a variety of back end systems.

MetaSource SaaS Solutions provide clients Web-based secure document management. These solutions save our clients money while reducing risk. Our clients enjoy the same scalability and user-friendliness of Enterprise Solutions, but save the hardware or costly license and maintenance fees required by these solutions. MetaSource SaaS ensures business continuity of document management and satisfies the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley by securing data storage at either SAS 70 Type II or ISO 27001 Certified Data Center.
