Understanding Business Pressures MetaSource is a True Partner

Horses For Sources did research on why so many companies are hesitating or stalling to outsource their business processes in this unstable economy. The research outcome was fascinating because many BPO Providers believe the reason that companies aren’t outsourcing is because they are scared to lose quality or are stalling because of bad leadership.

On the contrary, many BPO Buyers believe the main reason they stall buying from BPO Providers is the fact that providers are too short term focused, and buyers can’t see the long term benefits of outsourcing processes past the short term initial cost reduction.

This is an industry standard that has to be changed, and MetaSource is working on changing the short term focus of initial cost reductions and process takeover to becoming a true partner for BPO Buyers. This change in focus is shown by the sales and ramp-up process we have for each client. We first look at a client that wants a certain process outsourced and then look at their business structure, how they operate, where their bottlenecks occur, and what processes we can help improve.

With the ramp-up phase done and the outsourcing taking place, we continue to do Quarterly Business Reviews, surveys, and weekly updates to make sure that we are on the same page with the BPO Buyer, and see what we can do to help the outsourced processes and operations run smoother.
