Contractor OnBoarding
To manage a large number of contractors, MetaSource has created a contractor management system that starts with onboarding. The contractor begins by filling out an online application form and attaching all relevant documentation, including their license, workers comp certificates and much more.
Both information and documents are stored in MetaStor cloud document management software, which can be instantly searched and retrieved by any authorized user or auditor, at any time from any device.
Contractor Due Diligence
Once the contractor application has been submitted, workflow automation software then routes all contractor information to our call center.
One of our call center reps will review all documentation and contact the contractor if anything is missing. Our rep then vets the contractor by checking state websites to see if there are any liens placed upon the contractor. They also check the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Yelp and/or any other source required by our clients. All vetting documentation is then routed to our clients for both application and vetting review.
If the contractor is approved, workflow automation then sends an email notifying them and transactions can now take place. If denied, the contractor is notified as such. If desired, one of our reps can even go into your system and enter all approved contractor information and/or handle any other information capture need you might have.
